Religion - Pages 117 and 118

Math - Today we found multiplication facts that were related to division equations.  I also introduced estimating to find the quotient of a division problem.

Science - Students worked in small groups and reviewed notes from yesterday. 

5th Grade - Galaxies- How do we know our solar system is located in a galaxy?  We read, discussed, and highlighted key details.  Take notes in your copybook.  Define solar system on your vocabulary page.

Social Studies - Read and highlight page 86 East and West Florida.  Define territory.  Create a 3 tiered chart to compare and contrast East and West Florida.  Com# 2 on page 86

Reading - checked homework - Reread story. Complete workbook pg. 27. Use the prompts to write a paragraph using the information you gathered from your perspective charts.
