Religion - Today we completed our Family Life Unit discussing different vocations

Math - Completed chapter 10 review pages 218 and 219

ELA - Today we took notes on acrostic and concrete poems.  Students wrote an acrostic poem for Lent and then their own Concrete

Science - completed a crossword puzzle using our notes for rocks and minerals

Social Studies - completed a vocabulary review and content review for the test tomorrow.


Homework- study for Math vocabulary and Skills Test on Chapter 10

                   - Study for Social Studies Test on Civil War and Reconstruction

                    - Complete Social Studies pages 139 and 140

Reading -  The children shared their Traditional and Word Cinquains.  Took notes on Antonym and Synonym Diamontes

Science - In small group the children shared their notes on Weathering, Erosion, and Deposition. Watched video on Erosion and Weathering.

Religion - Family Life - Today we talked about how we grow and mature physically, mentally, and spiritually throughout our lives.

Math - Today we compared mixed numbers. Workbook page 155

Science - Erosion and Deposition  Engage - Read  Explore - read and highlight all 4 heading sections. Set up a seperate page in your copy book for Weathering, Erosion, and Deposition.  Under the heading of each page- write the definition.  Create a T chart.  Label it cause and effects.  List the causes and effects for all three.

Social Studies - Today we reviewed the Civil War Battles that took place in Florida.  Finished quad folds.
Read over Reconstruction chapter.
